Repositioning For Success
We sought to bridge the gap between the brands’ message and the consumers’ understanding of them throughout our branding in the outlets. To achieve this, we rebranded the brand outlets by streamlining the visuals throughout the stores and redesigning the assets to maximise clarity and sales. We remodelled the previous approach to make it more concise and clear across our stores in India.
Our Insight Into The Healthcare World
In a country where accessibility and affordability have been significant hurdles, we wanted to make a meaningful difference. By understanding that lack of knowledge can lead to difficult times, we addressed the pressing challenges faced by the people of India. Leveraging Above-The-Line (ATL) tools and platforms, we developed strategic campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and accessibility to healthcare.

Every individual deserves access to essential resources and opportunities for advancement. One such initiative that embodies our commitment to driving positive change is “Mat Kar Samjhautha.” Recognizing the societal barriers that hinder female progress, ‘Mat Kar Samjhautha’ encourages women to pursue their aspirations freely and fearlessly. Central to this initiative is the introduction and advocacy of using cotton pads for menstruation hygiene, dispelling myths and promoting safer practices.
Through ‘Mat Kar Samjhautha’ and similar initiatives, we address the underlying issues that impede progress and prosperity. By tackling challenges head-on and championing innovative yet targeted messaging, we sought to elevate DavaIndia’s stand in the healthcare community.
